Richmond 11-year-old disappears for second time in a month

UPDATE: The RPD reports that Empress was located and is safe. “Thanks to those who shared and assisted,” police said.

Richmond police are asking the public to be on the lookout for missing 11-year-old Empress Watson.

She was last seen in Richmond on Sunday, Nov. 12, according to the Richmond Police Department.

Empress was also reported missing by police last month, but was subsequently found safe.

Empress is black, about 5’1″ and 100 lbs. She has short black hair that is braided and was last seen wearing a gray sweater, blue jeans, and tan Croc sandals, according to the RPD.
