The Pinole Police Department will conduct a DUI and driver’s license checkpoint this Friday, May 1, from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Officers will be stationed near the intersection of Appian Way and Fitzgerald Drive to screen passing motorists.
Department officials selected this location based on collision data identifying areas with a high frequency of impaired driving-related crashes.
