East Brother Beer Co. is gearing up to host “The Shipyard Stroll,” a multi-date classic car cruise and mini-car show series that will first roll out Sun., March 19 at the Richmond Ferry Building—and thereafter at the craft brewery. Organizers aim to have participants arrive at 9 a.m. and be ready to go by 10 a.m., per Facebook.
While the first Shipyard Stroll will take off from the Richmond Ferry Building and end at East Brother on March 19—plus see it partner with Rosie the Riveter Trust—other incarnations of the series will begin/end at the craft brewery on the following Sundays: April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9 and August 27. The August date will double as East Brother’s annual Sumer Classic Car Show.
“Each cruise starts and ends at our taproom and will take drivers and their passengers on scenic routes throughout Richmond. It’s a great way to meet like-minded folks and discover our great city,” stated East Brother on Facebook.
“After the cruise, find a spot in our parking lot, enjoy some tunes and grab a bite to eat while neighbors and patrons alike marvel at your hard work,” it added.
