The agency credits this growth to its 2021 relaunch, which focused on lower fares and better service during both commute and off-peak hours. Recent additions, like the Oakland Alameda Water Shuttle and special event service to the Chase Center, have also boosted numbers, officials said.
Passengers continue to report high satisfaction, with ratings staying at 98 percent or higher for the third year in a row.
