The Shops at Hilltop is inviting a carnival into its parking lot next month.
From March 13 to March 22, the Butler Amusements carnival will locate between the former JC Penney’s and the lower Walmart parking lot at 2200 Hilltop Mall Rd.
The carnival, which features rides, games, and carnival foods, drinks and desserts, will run from Monday to Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
