The City of Richmond Community Services Recreation Department rescheduled its Snow Day event for Friday, Feb. 20.
The 3rd Annual Snow Day at Nicholl Park was originally scheduled for Dec. 23, but postponed due to inclement weather. While it was supposed to happen today, it was again postponed to Feb. 20.
The event features a variety of attractions including music, interactive games, and a rock-climbing wall. Families are encouraged to dress in warm snow gear and bring their own snow saucers to take full advantage of the fresh snow hauled into the park. Local vendors will also be on-site with food and refreshments available for purchase throughout the day.
