An All-Abilities Swing was being installed at Refugio Valley Park this month.
The installation was scheduled to begin Tuesday, Sept. 5 and expected to be completed Friday, Sept. 15, according to the city.
Refugio Valley Park is located at 1515 Refugio Valley Rd. in Hercules.
