Richmond Golf Club director wins 2024 NCPGA 'Player Development Award'Guntrum has over 15 years of experience working with students of all ages and skill levels, according to the Richmond Golf Club. He's held positions as lead assistant at Burlingame Country Club in Hillsborough, and as head golf Professional at Berkeley Country Club. He opened his open golf academy at Richmond Golf Club, which opened its lesson book in May 2019. The Northern California PGA section consists of over 400 golf facilities and 1,100 PGA members and associates. The NCPGA hosts an annual meeting and award ceremony to honor the stars among them. Nominations are peer-driven and voted on by a committee of PGA Members. "We are certainly proud of Jon and hope you are too," the Richmond Golf Club announced. "Please find the time to say congratulations the next time you see him!"
