It’s an opportunity to take the night off from cooking dinner while supporting a great local cause—and all you have to do is drive right up.

The West County Salesian Youth Club (WCSYC) is hosting a “Drive-Up Dinner for a Cause” Wednesday, June 26 from 4 to 6:30 p.m., where community members can pick up a tasty dinner for $40 per person while supporting local youth who use the club.

WCSYC has a variety of programs and facilities catering to youth, with activities such as sports, music, video games, fashion design, art and more.

Dinner that night will be BBQ steak with garlic herb butter accompanied by garlic roasted mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables, Caesar salad with shaved parmesan, Maggiora Bakery bread and biscotti with almonds and dark chocolate for dessert.

Community members should call (510) 215-4646 to confirm their half-hour pick-up window for dinner and can also call to pay by cash, check or credit card. The deadline to order is by Monday, June 24 at 5 p.m. Order online here.

Those 21 or older who donate a minimum of $25 or more will receive a free bottle of wine.

To pick up your dinner order, enter via the Salesian College Preparatory gates at 2851 Salesian Ave. in Richmond.
