Ristorante Biancoverde, the highly anticipated new restaurant at the Hotel Mac in Point Richmond, will mark its Grand Opening debut this Thurs., July 13 at 5:30 p.m. with a ribbon cutting, according to the Point Richmond Business Association, which is cohosting the event with the Richmond Chamber of Commerce.
Blanca Zepeda, who co-owns “Biancoverde” with her husband, Juvenal Magna, told the Richmond Standard it will serve Italian cuisine and will feature a menu of signature dishes and made-to-order items, as well as gluten free, vegan and vegetarian selections.
During the Grand Opening, Mayor Eduardo Martinez, Richmond City Councilmember Cesar Zepeda and Robert Roberts from Supervisor John Gioia’s office are expected to attend, according to the Point Richmond Business Association.
The Point Richmond Business Association also reported after the soft opening that the restaurant’s owners did “a great job renovating the place with new flooring, a refinished bar, new furniture and new décor” and that the “food and cocktails were also excellent.”
Biancoverde is located at the Hotel Mac at 50 Washington Ave. in Point Richmond.
