Save this date! The City of Richmond and community partners are inviting the community to attend its Annual Literacy Festival on Saturday, April 28.
From 1-4 p.m., the event will feature food, music, book giveaways and poetry talks at Civic Center Plaza, 450 Civic Center Plaza in Richmond.
