The lamps in the Dornan Tunnel will be replaced this Saturday, July 16, prompting the closure of one of the two traffic lanes, according to the City of Richmond’s Public Works Department.
The relamping project will run from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Flaggers will manage two-way traffic. The bike and pedestrian path will remain open.
“Expect delays and plan for alternate routes,” stated Public Works.
