Anyone with information is asked to call or text (415) 515-3816.
UPDATE as of 2/16: The family just got a call indicating that on Valentine’s Day, someone at 10th and Jackson in Oakland about 1 p.m. got a knock at their door from Kemani and they described her accurately. However, last night on the 15th, someone said they saw her near downtown/central Berkeley (may or may not have been her) and that she was avoiding people, but that it looked like her. This afternoon, 2/16 she was seen possibly near 29th and Harrison in Oakland. Another person indicated possibly seeing her in El Cerrito near the Marshall’s shopping plaza yesterday. “Please keep a look-out if you are near any of these areas,” her family said.
