The Contra Costa County Coroner’s Office today identified the victim of a homicide in Richmond Friday as 23-year-old Mariee Beardon, a resident of San Carlos.
Beardon was found with fatal gunshot wounds in the area of the Theresa Walk Path in the 4300 block of Wall Avenue (leading south to Taft Avenue) at about 12:52 a.m. Friday, police said.
No further details about the ongoing investigation have been released by police.
