Richmond firefighters on Monday presented Samuel Lee, owner of the ever-popular Phila Burger Station at 1100 23rd St., with the “Citizen of the Year” award.

“This past year, Mr. Lee was a major contributor by raising funds to help support Holiday Turkey give-aways and the Christmas Toy Drive,” Richmond Firefighters Local 188, the union representing Richmond Fire Department firefighters, posted on social media. “Richmond firefighters want to thank you for your dedication and service to improving our community.”
