Richmond's Quiche & Carry rolls out holiday pies

Accessing delicious pies in Richmond this holiday season is hardly a pie-in-the-sky concept. Just ask Deborah Moss, owner of Quiche & Carry Catering, who’s letting the public know she’s offering up delicious artisan pies.

The holiday options are plentiful from Quiche & Carry, available at Artisan Kitchen & Cafe at 865 Marina Bay Parkway and via its website here. Pies include apple, peach, blueberry, strawberry, rhubarb, sweet potato, pecan, pumpkin, pumpkin cheesecake and coconut cream. Each pie is $28 and can be picked up on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving Day, Moss says.

Quiche & Carry is also offering various galettes for $23 apiece, including peach with brie and goat cheese, caprese, pork sausage with heirloom tomatoes and swiss cheese. And it also has its classic quiche, fresh crab quiche and quiche lorainne for $25 apiece.
