Contra Costa County District Attorney Diana Becton is set to give a lecture at the Richmond Public Library next month on “The Causes and Effects of Mass Incarceration.”
The event, part of the Richmond Public Library Foundation’s Sandi Genser-Maack Lecture Series, will take place Thursday, Sept. 19, at the Richmond Public Library Whittlesey Room, 325 Civic Center Plaza in Richmond from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
