The community’s help is sought in locating a teenager who hasn’t been seen in a week.
Julia Vogel-Holt, 16, of Richmond, was last seen when she went to bed in her room on Wednesday, Feb. 20, according to her sister. Her disappearance has been reported to the police and added to registry for missing and exploited children.
“She also has ties in Redding, Sacramento, Woodland, and Stonyford and could possibly be in those areas,” her sister posted on social media. “She has a mole on her left cheek. Please feel free to share this post the more her face is out there the better chance we can get her home.”
