Richmond’s Traverse Fitness will play home to a three-hour, supernatural spectacular Oct. 30 and 31, when Princess SF and Skyhigh Odditorium present the “Halloween Drive-In,” featuring performances by drag artists, aerialists, ninjas and more, enjoyed from the comfort and safety of spectators’ own cars.

“We come together to create a ghoulish, magical drive-in guaranteed to experience Halloween like you never have before! Together, we have joined communities of drag artists and aerialists to raise funds for artists who have been out of work due to COVID – 19,” organizers stated on the event’s Eventbrite page.

The evening’s festivities will be hosted by Kochina Rude and Lisa Frankenstein and will include DJ sets by John F-ing Cartwright, a projected live feed, aerial acrobats, performers and dancers from the Skyhigh Odditorium Dragonettes and performances by Traverse Fitnesses’ own Ninja Warriors.

Stage shows will feature local stars such as Vivvyanne Forevermore, Snaxx and Raya Light, while guest performers including Baby and Die Anna will be in town from Los Angeles.

Organizers advise guests to bring their own food and libations to the show as none will be sold at the event due to COVID-19 health regulations. “Lewks” are encouraged and masks and COVID-19 health guidelines will be strictly enforced.

Traverse Fitness is located at 1 West Barrett Ave. in Richmond; the event will take place in the front parking lot. Tickets to the Halloween Drive-In range from $50 to $200 and the show will be presented Oct. 30 and 31 from 7-10 p.m. VIP ticket load-in is 5:30 p.m., general admission load-in (tiers one and two) is at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. For more info or to purchase tickets, click here.
