Walmart expanded its Same-Day Pharmacy Delivery service nationwide to now include refrigerated and reconstituted medications, including insulin, GLP-1s, pediatric amoxicillin, and similar medications that need cold storage.
This service is provided at all pharmacies including the one at Walmart at the former Hilltop Mall.
Once your prescription is filled at a Walmart pharmacy, you’ll be notified through your account. You then select delivery: Same-Day Scheduled, On-Demand, or Express.
Medications arrive in insulated, light-blocking packaging to protect against temperature fluctuations and UV or ambient light exposure.
You must be present for the delivery and sign electronically upon receipt.
Insurance is handled the same as if you picked up at the store. Walmart+ members may get delivery included; others may incur a fee depending on delivery type.
