El Cerrito’s 34th Annual MLK Day celebration will include a car caravan parade that begins at Del Norte BART Station and ends at El Cerrito Plaza BART Station, where a program will take place.
The car caravan will gather at 9 a.m. Monday, Jan. 16, in the parking lot of Del Norte Station. The caravan will set off at 10 a.m., traveling down San Pablo Avenue to El Cerrito Plaza BART Station.
A program will begin at 11 a.m. at the EC Plaza BART Station parking lot. Rev. Dr. Reginald Walton, pastor at Amos Temple CME Church of Oakland, will serve as the keynote speaker.
