Good fortune is afoot for those still needing backpacks for the new school year.
Marques Arnold’s EMK Mentors is teaming up with Community Health for Asian Americans (CHAA), the Pride & Purpose Project and Rich City Rides to host the “2nd Annual Back to School Bookbag Giveaway” Sat., Sept. 10 at 2 p.m. Free backpacks will be given away.
The event will be held at Unity Park Community Plaza, 1605 Ohio Plaza in Richmond.
