A new app is offering residents of unincorporated Contra Costa County to easily report potholes, graffiti or other concerns.

The Contra Costa County Public Works Department has rolled out a free Mobile Citizen app for Android and iOS.

With the app, “residents can report concerns such as potholes, graffiti, illegal dumping and other service requests simply by taking a photo, providing comments, details about location and submitting it directly to the Public Works Department,” County officials said.
