San Pablo Reservoir will re-open Monday, June 15 for private boat launches and shoreline fishing only. Hours will be 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
On Thursday and Friday, 1,200 pounds of catfish, 600 pounds of rainbow trout and 600 pounds of lightning trout will be planted in the reservoir.
The visitor center, restrooms and launch ramp will be open to the public. Not allowed, however, are boat or kayak rentals, use of the playground or fish cleaning tables, picnics or groups gatherings. Also, new safety procedures in place will allow only four customers in the visitor center at a time, require face coverings at all times in the visitor center and social distancing.
There is no same household rule on private boat launching, which must be staggered.
