Fancy sipping your favorite morning brew while getting creative with the Richmond Art Center (RAC)? This Friday, May 22 from 10-11 a.m., the RAC will kick off its first online event with “Morning Cup,” touted by organizers as “a casual gathering in creative community.”

Morning Cup is a free event geared toward adults where community members are invited to enjoy a beverage of their choosing while participating in an artistic activity on Zoom.

Organizers invite people to “join in this casual creative space where we will get to visit with each other virtually and participate in a short facilitated art activity led by teaching artist Marisa Burman.” Participants are encouraged to be prepared with paper and something with which to make marks.

Those who already have Zoom installed can join in the virtual Morning Cup event here (Meeting ID: 944 4272 3192; Password: Morning).
