Temple Beth Hillel to host Congregational Seder for Passover
Temple Beth Hillel is located at 801 Park Central in Richmond (I-80 Exit /Hilltop Drive).

Temple Beth Hillel in Richmond is inviting the community to its Purim Carnival and Raffle this Sunday, March 17, from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

“Wear costumes and masks and bring your noisemakers to Temple Beth Hillel’s festive Purim Carnival, a fun-filled afternoon celebrating  freedom from religious persecution,” organizers said.

Along with a reading of the Megillah — the biblical story of Esther — and singing of Purim songs, there will be activities, crafts, games, and prizes for kids of all ages.  Home-baked goods, including traditional hamentaschen (a three-cornered, fruit-filled pastry), and a lunch will be available.  A Raffle with a $250 Visa Gift Card Grand Prize will also be available.

The event is open to the community and admission is free.
