The Northland Nautical Foundation, sponsor of Richmond Sea Scout Ship 52, will host its annual fundraiser dinner in Richmond on Saturday, Sept. 13.
The event will run from 6:30–9 p.m. at the Point San Pablo Yacht Club, 700 West Cutting Blvd. The community is invited to enjoy a relaxed waterfront evening while supporting local youth maritime training and leadership programs.
This year’s menu is all-you-can-eat fajitas prepared and served by the SSS Northland crew. Tickets are $38 per person. Youth ages 8 and under eat free with a paid adult. A no-host bar will be available. Guests can enter to win a range of raffle prizes.
Proceeds help cover critical fuel and maintenance costs for Ship 52’s hands-on seamanship program. This will keep vessels operating and make training days on the water affordable for local teens. The Northland Nautical Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The organization promotes educational opportunities for youth and adults in seamanship and navigation, maritime career skills, environmental awareness and leadership training.
Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door. For questions or group arrangements, contact event co-chair Ann Mark at [email protected]. To learn more, visit www.northlandnautical.org.
