The City of Pinole is welcoming the community to celebrate freedom, love and pride at its “3rd Annual Pride and Juneteenth Celebration” Sunday, June 8 from 12-3 p.m.
“Come as you are, bring your friends, and let’s uplift Black and LGBTQ+ voices while dancing, learning, and celebrating freedom together,” posted the Pinole Police Department about the celebration on Facebook.
Festivities that day will span the gamut from music and dance performances to food trucks, vendors and fun activities for the kids.
The City shared that the Pinole Pride and Juneteenth Celebration will honor the journey towards equality and justice for all. Vendors applications for the event are currently being accepted. Those interested in being vendors or with general questions can email [email protected].
