Join city officials and volunteers on Saturday, July 27 from 9 a.m. to noon or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., for the final Parchester Village Soundwall Mural Community Paint Day.

The mission is to paint one of the largest community murals in Richmond history. Join over 375 volunteers who have already made their mark on this public art. Lunch and snacks will be provided, as well as a commemorative t-shirt.

Pre-register at https://volunteer.ci.richmond.ca.us/ to make check-in a breeze. Volunteer check-in will be at Phanor Drive & Giant Highway. If you have any further inquiries, email [email protected] or call 510-620-6563.

This project is a collaboration between lead artist Richard Muro Salazar, assistant lead artist John Wehrle, Parchester Village Neighborhood Council, Richmond Arts and Culture Commission, Meritage Homes, and Richmond Love Your Block.
