When it comes to Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center’s East Bay BizFest, visitors will experience a diversity of small businesses with offerings like tasty burgers, luxurious body butters, hair care products and more.

Set for April 6th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at CoBiz Richmond, the gathering aims to spotlight the “innovation, dedication and spirit of local small businesses,” while providing a place to spotlight their products, artisanal crafts and gourmet food, according to organizers. Hourly raffles will also be held.

Among the businesses lined up to appear at BizFest includes Richmond’s very own Michoacán Burgers, artisanal burgers that have attracted over one million followers on TikTok; Boss Ivy Hair Collection with premium hair care products; Nourish Mii Products’ body butters, herbal-infused oils and more; The Choclo’s gluten-free bakery products; PurpleSky Creations’ jewelry and crafts; and Utku Kids’ hand-knit dolls and toys for kids.

Ren Center Program Manager Tatiana Hermeston said that the event presents an opportunity for the community to come together, support one another and foster economic growth. The Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center is dedicated to empowering and uplifting diverse entrepreneurs. It operates via multiple locations, including at CoBiz in Richmond.
