Rich City Studios will team up with The Slap Camp for “Brunch & Beats,” a producer showcase plus some good eats, Sat., March 23 from 1-5 p.m. at BBG Studio in Richmond.

The day’s events will include producer sets by various established and upcoming producers, beat raffles, and an open mic cypher for any producers looking to showcase their work, according to ChuckT of Rich City Studios. Guest vendors will also be in the house, and March Madness and UFC Fight Night will be shown throughout the event.

“Come enjoy brunch and mimosas accompanied by the sounds of Bay Area music producers and artists,” he said.

Brunch & Beats will get rolling with a brunch from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (brunch is included but mimosas can be purchased separately); producer sets from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.; an open aux for producers from 4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and artist’s open mic from 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Tickets are $25 per person, with the option of also purchasing raffle tickets ($25/one or $100/five) for a chance at a free beat with a featured producer. Purchase tickets here.

ChuckT also recently debuted his new podcast “Reel Culture,” which he said highlights the people behind the scenes of the industry and the work they do, including interviews and music videos they’ve created. Check it out here
