The lone driver and two dogs were uninjured in a rollover accident on Richmond Parkway near Goodrick Avenue this morning, fire officials said.
The driver and dogs safely exited the vehicle before emergency crews arrived, according to Richmond Firefighters Local 188, the union representing the city’s firefighters.
