Richmond police are investigating the murder of a San Pablo man who was fatally shot while being pursued on Richmond Parkway on Thursday, Nov. 9.
The Contra Costa County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Arcjoseph Rodillo, 26.
Rodillo was driving on the Parkway between Goodrick Avenue and Giant Highway around 8:10 p.m. when another driver pursuing him opened fire at him, witnesses told police. Rodillo was struck at least once by the gunfire before his vehicle crashed into the center median, police said.
Rodillo was flown by helicopter to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
No arrests have been made in the case. A description of the suspect or the vehicle involved have not been released.
