Families and their costumed kiddos are invited to bring their candy bags to Cops and Goblins at the Richmond Police Department on Sat., Oct. 28.
The RPD headquarters at 1701 Regatta Blvd. will transform into a spooky haunted house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Meanwhile, families will enjoy free lunch, a trunk-or-treat, and lots of candy.
