Community members are invited to come applaud some of the city’s best public safety professionals at the Kiwanis Club of Richmond’s Public Safety Awards Dinner set for this Friday, April 28.
The event will run from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Richmond Police Activities League, 2200 Macdonald Ave. in Richmond.
Among those set to be honored this year are Firefighter of the Year Adam Ramirez, Police Officer of the Year Terry Thomas, Police Dispatcher of the Year Laura Canelo, Police Professional Staff Member of the Year Eric Tam and the Communications Team.
