$10K reward offered for arrest in murder of Anthony Ramsey

The Richmond Police Department is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of those responsible for the murder of Anthony Ramsey, a well-respected youth football coach.

Ramsey Jr., 43, a Richmond father of four children who was fondly known as “Coach Ant,” was fatally shot while driving his vehicle in the 4500 block of Cutting Blvd. shortly after 6 p.m. on April 2, police said.

Ramsey was describe as a devoted father who was passionate about coaching youth football. He was lauded as a dedicated mentor to both young players and coaches throughout Northern California.
