The Richmond Police Department Traffic Unit will conduct a DUI and driver’s license checkpoint on Hilltop Drive the night of July 3, the RPD announced this evening.
“The purpose of the checkpoint is to get unlicensed and impaired drivers off our cities streets,” police said. Traffic delays are anticipated as a result of the checkpoint.
