A Richmond resident is alerting the community about a woman caught on video surveillance trespassing on residential properties.
The resident shared multiple video clips of the trespasser’s actions. The suspect can be seen parking a white SUV near Burbeck Ave and 15th Street before entering the properties on Monday about 1 p.m.
The suspect spent about 20 minutes apparently searching for loot in one resident’s front and back yards and about three minutes doing the same in the reporting resident’s yards. At one point she appeared to attempt to open the front door to the home, but it was locked, the resident said.
The woman made off with tools from the neighbor’s home and recyclables from the reporting resident’s home.
“I just want to let the neighborhood to be alert,” the resident said.
