Beautiful cars, delicious food, live entertainment and community organizations enlivened Macdonald Avenue for the Richmond Main Street Initiative’s (RMSI)‘s 15th Annual Spirit & Soul Festival today.
The event also featured captivating art, a kids’ zone, chess and much more. This year RMSI partnered with the Richmond SOL soccer club, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary as an organization.
Low-rider cars lined Macdonald Avenue, and at one point a large crowd gathered to watch some of them show off their hydraulics.
