Lowrider culture thrives in Richmond and has become important to the fabric of many other California communities.

As part of “Latinx and Spanish Heritage Month,” the San Pablo Library staff, Albert Garcia, will host a virtual panel discussion from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 12, featuring Denise Sandoval, Angelica Romero, and Roberto Hernandez. They will discuss and answer questions about their experiences with lowriders and the importance of lowrider culture in our state.

Register for the program here. Attendees will receive a Zoom link one week before the event.
