The San Pablo EDC is hosting a Virtual Hiring Fair on Wednesday May 11 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. with two local biotech companies that are both recruiting for multiple positions.
Bio-Rad and Penumbra are large biotech companies based in the East Bay, and they are growing. These companies need talented workers to help meet their needs, and they pay very well and offer excellent benefits, according to San Pablo EDC.
Penumbra is headquartered in Alameda, and they are currently hiring for many positions, including production builders, material handlers, and quality control Inspectors, as well as some administrative and executive positions.
Bio-Rad is based in Hercules, and they are also recruiting for multiple roles, including instrument assemblers, material handlers, and production assemblers and technicians, as well as chemical process operators.

The employer representatives will briefly introduce their companies and speak about their open positions, and job seekers will have the opportunity to speak directly to the employers and ask questions.
