Are you looking for a job, and looking for some help and support with the job search process?
Come to the Job Readiness Boot Camp Orientation this Thursday, Oct. 10 at 3 p.m. in San Pablo EDC’s office. This 30-minute orientation will tell you all about the upcoming Boot Camp the following week, and is an opportunity to pose any questions about the Boot Camp, and San Pablo EDC’s other programs.
The Boot Camp is a dynamic four-day program, offered at no cost by the San Pablo Economic Development Corporation, from Monday, Oct. 14 through Thursday Oct. 17. The group will meet from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day, and the program will feature speakers, workshops and activities designed to prepare participants for a successful job search. Resumes, cover letters, networking, interview preparation and mock interviews, employability and soft skills, and financial literacy and budgeting will all be covered. Additionally, day four will feature a resource fair with training and service providers who will share information about all of their programs.
