The San Pablo Police Department is set to hold a six-hour traffic enforcement operation on Monday, Feb. 22, targeting areas of the city with a high percentage of traffic violations, collisions and congestion.
The operation will run from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will have additional officers on patrol in those areas, police said.
Aiming to decrease traffic injuries and collisions, the operation is funded by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
