Fancy some Crisp Shrimp with Tomato & Sweet Basil Salad? Or maybe some Beef Short Rib with Root Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes is a little more up your alley. Whatever your pleasure, you’re likely to find it at Contra Costa College’s Aqua Terra Grill, which is back up and running at the college.
The on-campus restaurant, operated by students from the college’s Culinary Arts Department, is welcoming customers to order from their menu online, via email or by dining in-person.
“Our fabulous team of service staff and cooks in training are ready to prepare our delicious new menu. We hope to see you TODAY,” stated the restaurant staff on Facebook.
Aqua Terra Grill is open for lunch service on its picturesque patio Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Customers can pre-order their food from 9 a.m. until noon; orders and pick-up time will be confirmed by the restaurant upon receipt of the order. All orders must be picked up by 12:45 p.m. and payment is accepted via cash or checks; credit or debit cards are not accepted.
