The El Cerrito Police Department arrested four people this week on suspicion of stealing a large quantity of Halloween decorations, mostly skeletons, from the front yards of homes in El Cerrito.
“The four individuals were placed under citizens arrest, booked at the El Cerrito Police Department, and later transported to the Martinez Detention Facility,” police said.
Police are asking anyone who had decorations stolen from their home to come retrieve the items. Contact or Dispatch center at 510-237-3233 if you were the victim of Halloween decorations theft and an officer will contact you to see if they have your items.
