Need to get rid of any old items that have been sitting around?
On Saturday, March 7, the city of San Pablo’s Public Works Department is holding a Dumpster Day for its residents starting at 7 a.m. until the dumpsters get full at 2600 Moraga Road, the old El Portal school site.
“We will accept everything with the exception of mattresses, electronic devices, tires, batteries and all hazardous materials (paint, oil, pesticides or any liquids),” according to the city.
Commercial vehicles and moving trucks will not be allowed, and personal vehicles will be limited to two cubic yards.
To take part, residents will need to bring proof of San Pablo residency (a copy of your PG&E or EBMUD statement with your address and a photo ID).
