San Pablo residents looking to dispose of items are invited to their city’s first Dumpster Day of the New Year on Saturday, Jan. 12.
The city’s Public Works Department is hosting the Dumpster Day from 7 a.m. until the dumpsters get full at 2600 Moraga Road (old El Portal school site).
“We will accept everything with the exception of electronic devices, tires, batteries and all hazardous materials (paint, oil, pesticides or any liquids),” the city said. “You will need to bring proof of San Pablo residency (a copy of your PG&E or EBMUD statement with your address, and a photo ID).”
Commercial vehicles and moving trucks will not be allowed and personal vehicles will be limited to two cubic yards.
