Family and police are asking the public to help find 22-year-old Aaeh Chao, who has been missing since Dec. 2.
Chao, described as a high risk individual who is socially inept and not able to make independent decisions, was last seen in North and East neighborhood of Richmond on Dec. 2 in the late afternoon. He hasn’t been heard from since, and loved ones say they’re very worried about his safety.
The Richmond Police Department posted a public appeal urging people to keep an eye out and call if they see him.
Chao is described as being about 5-foot-7, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans.
Relatives note his weight may have changed from earlier records. He is believed to weigh about 120 pounds, though police listings show 140 pounds.
