Last call to play ball with Richmond Little League

Richmond Little League Baseball and Girls Softball (RLLBB) has announced a “last call” for signups this season.

Registration occurs Mondays through Fridays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Richmond Police Activities League, 2200 Macdonald Ave., and also Saturdays at Nicholl Park, 3230 Macdonald Ave.

The registration period for this season ends March 1 or when team rosters are full.

The cost to play is $75 for ages 4-6 years old and $125 for ages 7-16. Discounts for coaches and siblings are available on upon request. All fees to the community league are due for signups.

The RLLBB offers co-ed Tee-Ball for ages 4-6, co-ed Youth Baseball ages 7-14; and Girls Softball ages 6-16.

Not only are players currently sought, but also team managers, coaches, board members and event volunteers. Volunteers must undergo a background check.

The RLLBB Board meets every second Monday at 7 p.m.
