Nuvision Credit Union has partnered with Contra Costa County nonprofit White Pony Express to launch a month-long clothing drive aimed at providing essential clothing items to families in need throughout the Bay Area. The initiative, part of Nuvision’s “NuvisionCares Helping Kids in Our Community” campaign, runs through Aug. 1.

The drive focuses on collecting new socks, underwear, and t-shirts for children and adults. Donations will be distributed through White Pony Express’s mobile “Pop-Up” boutiques, which offer a dignified shopping experience for underserved families. These boutiques are a cornerstone of White Pony Express’s Clothing and Care Program.

Community members are encouraged to contribute by dropping off new clothing items from children’s to adult sizes at any of Nuvision’s six Bay Area branch locations: Berkeley: 3015 San Pablo Ave, Suite A; Brentwood: 6560 Lone Tree Way, Suite D; Hayward: 1030 La Playa Drive; Martinez: 634 Ferry St.; Pleasanton: 6001 Gibraltar St.; and Walnut Creek: 2868 Ygnacio Valley Rd.

Alternatively, donors can purchase pre-selected items from Nuvision’s Amazon Wishlist, accessible via the credit union’s website. Online purchases will be shipped directly to Nuvision’s Martinez branch for distribution.

White Pony Express, founded in 2013, operates seven days a week, delivering food and clothing to those in need across Contra Costa County. For more information on how to donate or get involved, visit Nuvision Credit Union or White Pony Express.
